In addition, LynnRae Ries assisted many AZ restaurants with developing their gluten-free friendly menus; traveled to conventions with GIG, CSA and CDF as a Speaker and Instructor; created the Gluten Free Cooking Club of Az and founded Gluten Free Creations Bakery.
